Yolanda E. Mendez, 67, was born on January 4, 1954 in Houston, Texas and was called up to be with her Lord and Savior on February 6, 2021 in Houston, Texas.  Yolanda was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Maria L. Flores Rodriguez; and her brother, Ralph Rodriguez.  Yolanda leaves behind to cherish her memories her, son, Xavier Mendez & wife Sylvia Saldivar Mendez; her daughters, Veronica Mendez Ochoa and Ericka Marie Mendez; her brother, Morgan Esguerra; her sister, Linda Pedroza; her grandchildren, D'Marco Xavier Mendez, Madelyn Louisa Mendez, Vanessa Mendez, Enrico Portillo, Sagel Cantor, and Guillermo Luviano, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Jasirah Mendez, Mateo Cantor, Rico Cantor, and Alora Luviano; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.  Yolanda will be dearly missed by all who were touched by her loving soul.
