Thomas was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose quiet strength, unwavering work ethic, and gentle spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He was a man of integrity who lived an honest life, earning the respect of family, friends, and coworkers alike. Patient, even-tempered, and blessed with a wonderful sense of humor, Thomas had a way of making those around him feel welcomed, cared for, and loved.

For more than 46 years, Thomas shared a beautiful marriage with the love of his life, Gloria Ann Segundo. He adored Gloria and never failed to check in with her, no matter where he was. Their enduring love was evident to everyone who knew them and remained one of the greatest joys of his life.

Thomas believed in the value of hard work and was known for his dedication throughout his career as a cabinet maker, installer, and subcontractor. He took immense pride in the quality of his craftsmanship and was respected for his skill, dependability, and commitment. An early riser who rarely missed a day of work, Thomas approached every task with determination and excellence.

Outside of work, Thomas found happiness in the simple pleasures of life. He loved hunting, fishing, playing pool, and spending time watching movies, especially classic westerns. A devoted Houston Astros fan, he could often be found cheering on his favorite team. He took pride in his van, loved wearing his blue jeans, and was always neatly dressed. In his younger years, he enjoyed golfing and bowling, and throughout his life he was exceptionally talented at working on cars, often helping others with his mechanical knowledge.

Thomas also had a special talent in the kitchen. His homemade soups and pumpkin pies with pecans became family favorites and were always prepared with love. He especially enjoyed eating fish and treasured every opportunity to gather around the table with those he loved.

His greatest joy, however, was his family. He was always there for his daughter and his friends, never hesitating to drop them off or pick them up, no matter the time of day or night. His unwavering love, dependability, and selflessness made him someone they could always count on.

Thomas lived his life with honor and humility, always choosing kindness, responsibility, and doing what was right. He was a man whose actions spoke louder than words, and whose legacy will continue to live on through the values he instilled in those who knew and loved him.

He leaves behind to cherish his loving memory his beloved wife of 46 years, Gloria Ann Segundo; his daughters, Linda G. Segundo and Jeanette "Jeannie" Segundo; his brothers, Noel, Manuel, Louis, Ruben, Tony, and Alfred; his sisters, Beatrice, Almenderez, Irene Suarez, and Sedalia Martinez; his grandchildren, Julian, Devin, and Karen; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.

Thomas Segundo, Jr. will be remembered for his quiet nature, dependable character, loving heart, and unwavering dedication to his family. Though he will be deeply missed, the memories he created, the lessons he taught, and the love he shared will remain in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
