Terry C. Messinger, 85, was born on July 29, 1935 in Elmira, New York and was called up to be with his Lord and Savior on October 11, 2020 in Houston, Texas.  Terry was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, great great grandfather, brother, and friend.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Maynard Eugene Messinger and Doris Edna Thompson; the love of his life, Betty Jane Messinger; also his son, Barry Allen Speedy.  Terry leaves behind to cherish his memories, his sons, Randall G. Ray, Gary E. Speedy, Craig Steven Speedy, and Ray Messinger McCarthy & wife Elayne; his daughters, Teresa Weaver and Sandra Kay McClenithan; his brother, Jim Messinger & wife Kate; granddaughter, Jamie McCarthy; 19 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren;  he also leaves behind many other relatives and numerous friends.  Terry will be dearly missed by all who shared wonderful memories with him.
