Richard Castillo Nino, 77, was born on September 21, 1948, in Beeville, Texas, and entered into eternal rest on August 11, 2026, in Pasadena, Texas.

Richard was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend who was deeply loved by many. Known for his outgoing personality and wonderful sense of humor, Richard was always ready with a joke and knew how to bring laughter to those around him.

Richard had a great love for golfing and dancing, especially to Tejano music. When he wasn't out on the golf course, he would often be found spending time with the people who meant the most to him—his family. He treasured the moments they shared and leaves behind many wonderful memories that will be cherished for years to come.

Richard was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Emma N. Nino; his brothers, Rafael and Ray; and his sisters, Rachel and Delia.

He leaves behind to cherish his loving memory his daughter, Annette Nino; his son, Andres Nino; his sisters, Dahlia, Theresa, and Janie; his grandchildren, Brittney, Celine, and Joseph; his great-grandchildren, Izaiah, Dakota, Noah, Ashelyn, Rosalynn, Luna, Octavia, and Tyr; as well as many other loving family members and a host of dear friends.

Richard's joyful spirit, sense of humor, and love for his family will forever be remembered by those who knew and loved him. He will be dearly missed, but the wonderful memories he created throughout his life will remain in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
