Richard Fernandez,60, a beloved father, brother, passed away peacefully in his hometown of Houston, Texas, on April 23, 2026. Born on January 17, 1966, Richard's life was marked by his dedication to family and his deep roots in the city where he was born.

 Richard was a pillar of strength and warmth to those who knew him. His legacy is carried forward lovingly by his five children: sons Joseph Gilbert Fernandez, Ricardo Fernandez, Jr., Patrick Nicholas Fernandez, Nathan Martinez, and daughter Patricia Nicole Fernandez. His family was a source of immense pride and joy, growing to include 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, all of whom held him in the highest regard.

Richard was also a devoted brother to Antonio Fernandez, Jr., and his sisters Janie Perez, Maria Teresa Dimas, Felicia Palacios, Kelly Fernandez, and Susa Fernandez.
