Regina Rios, 83, was born on September 7, 1936 in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on March 25, 2020 while surrounded by her loving family at her residence in Houston, Texas. Regina will be dearly missed by all those who were touched by her beautiful soul.
