Pola Borjas, 82, was born on January 25, 1938 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and raised in Matamoros, Tamaulipas;  she was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on May 26, 2020 in Pasadena, Texas.  Pola was preceded in death by her father, Adelaido Martinez; her mother, Maria Garza; her husband, Isaac Borjas; her daughters, Maribel Duran and Patricia Borjas; her granddaughter, Crystal Lee; her great grandson, Omar; her siblings, Juan Martinez, Carlota Herrera, Santos Martinez, and Antonia Martinez.  She leaves behind to cherish and treasure her memories her loving children, Irma Lugo & husband Javi Martinez, Reyna L. Velazquez & husband Anselmo, Isaac Borjas, Jr. & wife Carol, and Alejandro Borjas & wife Angie; her brother, Cruz Martinez; her 17 grandchildren, Gail, Amy, Maribel, Antonio Jr., Anselmo Jr., Grisel, Roberto, Laura, Victor, Julie, Mia, Emma, Crystal, Alejandro Jr., Marissa, Mariah, and Thalia; her 31 great grandchildren; she also leaves behind many other relatives and numerous friends.  Pola will be dearly missed by all those who were touched by her beautiful soul.

Pola Borjas, 82, nació el 25 de enero de 1938 en Monterrey, Nuevo León, México y se crió en Matamoros, Tamaulipas;  fué llamada a Casa de Su Señor y Salvador el 26 de mayo del 2020 en Pasadena, Texas.  Le preceden en vida su padre, Adelaido Martinez; su madre, Maria Garza; su esposo, Isaac Borjas; sus hijas, Maribel Duran y Patricia Borjas; su nieta, Crystal Lee; su bisnieto Omar; también le preceden en vida sus hermanos y hermanas, Juan Martinez, Carlota Herrera, Santos Martinez y Antonia Martinez.  Le sobreviven para atesorar sus recuerdos sus amados hijos e hijas, Irma Lugo y esposo Javi Martinez, Reyna L. Velazquez y esposo Anselmo, Isaac Borjas, Jr. y esposa Carol y Alejandro Borjas y esposa Angie; su hermano, Cruz Martinez; sus 17 nientos, Gail, Amy, Maribel, Antonio Jr., Anselmo Jr., Grisel, Roberto, Laura, Victor, Julie, Mia, Emma Crystal, Alejandro Jr., Marissa, Mariah y Thalia; sus 31 bisnietos; también le sobreviven muchos otros familiares y amigos.  Pola será recordada con amor y cariño por todos aquellos con quienes compartió en vida.
