He was a loving son, husband, father, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Josefa Hernandez; his grandfather, Joaquin R. Hernandez; his grandmother, Ophelia Concha; his uncles, Joaquin Hernandez, Jr., Joe Catania; his Godfather, Michael Rodriguez; his father-in-law, Jay Abbott; and his friend, Joel. Michael leaves behind to cherish and treasure his memories his father David Concha; his mother, Dorie Concha; his wife, Jessica Concha; his children, Jayde Linzy, Victor Flores, Emmanuel Flores; his brothers, David Concha, Joseph Concha; his sister, Crystal Concha; his uncle, Lalo Hernandez; his aunts, Eloisa Gracia, Isabell Diaz, Josephina Catania; 10 cousins; He is also survived by many other relatives and a host of good friends. Michael will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with him.
