Michael Z. Alvarez, Jr., 23, was born on April 25, 2003, in Houston, Texas, and entered eternal rest on July 6, 2026, in Pasadena, Texas.

Michael was a beloved son, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend whose kind heart and vibrant spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He was known for his warm smile, caring nature, and the genuine love he shared with his family and friends. Though his time on earth was far too short, the memories he created and the lives he touched will be cherished forever.

Michael was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Maria A. Lopez.

He leaves behind to cherish his loving memory his father, Michael Z. Alvarez and wife, Nichol; his mother, Celica Anita Lopez and husband, Jason Cisneros; his paternal grandparents, Jose B. and Faustina Alvarez; his maternal grandfather, Reynaldo Lopez; his uncles, Joe Alvarez, Eddie Lopez, and Rey Lopez, Jr.; his cousins, Tre, Jonathan, Mikela, Sabrina, Christian, and Allison; as well as many other beloved relatives and a host of dear friends whose lives were forever enriched by knowing him.

Michael will be remembered for the love he gave so freely, the joy he brought to those around him, and the lasting impact he made in the hearts of his family and friends. Although he will be deeply missed, his memory will continue to live on through the countless moments of love, laughter, and happiness shared with him. His spirit will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
