Maria del Socorro Perez, 69, was born on February 27, 1951 in Hidalgo, Tamaulipas, Mexico and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 2, 2020 at her residence in Houston, Texas.  She was preceded in death by her parents; also by her brother, Sotero Jasso.  She leaves behind to cherish and treasure her memories her loving daughters, Gabriela J. Delgado and Alicia J. Cardenas & husband Raul; her grandchildren, Monica Rivera, Jaime Rivera & wife Melissa, Joeanthony Delgado & wife Angelica Godinez, Priscilla Nava, Christopher Nava, Isaac Nava, Nathan Nava , Melanie Nava, Alyson Nava, and Raul Cardenas; her great grandchildren, Alizay Marie Lopez, Sofi Marie Flores, Mia Arianna Negrete, Caiden Donatello Rivera, Jaime Dominic Negrete, Emmalynn Joni Rivera, Aliyah Rebecca Rodriguez, Naila Rose Lopez, Damon Michelangelo Rivera, Jorgy Alexander Delgado, Natalia Jade Lopez, and Elliana Jamie Rivera; her brother, Juan Jasso; her sisters, Maria Marrufo, Hilaria "Lala" Jasso, and Francisca "Panchita" Barajas; she also leaves behind many other relatives and numerous friends.  Maria will be dearly missed by all those who were touched by her beautiful soul.

Visitation:  Tuesday, July 7, 2020

Times:  5:00pm - 9:00pm

Location:  Compean Funeral Home Family Chapel

Cremation will take place on a later day.
