Maria del Socorro Faz, 56, was born on January 21, 1964 in Valle Hermoso, Tamaulipas, Mexico and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 30, 2020 at her residence in Houston, Texas.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friends.  Maria was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Faz; her mother, Senorina Montoya; also by her brothers, Abel Faz, Santos Faz, and Angel Faz.  She leaves behind to cherish and treasure his memories his sons, Carlos Gil & Crystal, Ezequiel Gil & Angela, Eriberto Gil & Graciela, and Jessy Gil; her daughter, Stephanie Gil & Thera Peoples; her brothers, Jose Faz, Ruben Faz, and Saul Faz; her sister, Martha Faz; 13 grandchildren; she also leaves behind many other relatives and numerous friends.  Maria will be dearly missed by all those who were touched by her beautiful soul.
