Maria De Los Angeles Salazar, 84, was born on July 7, 1935 in Montemorelos, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on October 7, 2019 in Houston, Texas while surrounded by her loving family.  Maria was preceded in death by her father, Ildefonso Cano Guerra; by her mother, Manuela Velazquez Garza; also by her husband Rosario Salazar Salazar.  She leaves behind to cherish her memories her children, Rosario Salazar Cano, Jose Maria Salazar Cano, Idalia Salazar Cano, blanca Cardenas, Juan Angel Salazar Cano, and Luis Antonio Salazar Cano; her brother, Guadalupe Cano Velazquez; her sister, Romano Cano Velazquez; her grandchildren, Rosario, Giselle, Erika, Gladis, Marlen, Jose Maria, Jessika, Christian, Miguel, Blanca Magali, Alexander, Juan Angel, Eron, Roel, Luis Antonio, Cecilia, and David; her great grandchildren, Giselle, Sofia, Rogelios, Nayeli, Mariela, Isabella, Hiram, Aytana, Elisa, Leonardo, Damian, Viviana, Alonso, Austin, Alexander, Natalia, Amelia, Aretzi, Eron, Kalinda, Luis Antonio III, and Jeovanni; she also leaves behind many other relatives and numerous friends.  Maria will be dearly missed by all those who were touched by her beautiful soul.

Visitation:  Tuesday, October 8, 2019

Times:  3:00pm - 9:00pm

Rosary:  7:00pm

Interment will take place on a later day in Panteon Guadalupe in Los Sabinos, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
