Maria Delma Martinez, 63, was born on August 22, 1962, in Corpus Christi, Texas, and entered eternal rest on April 29, 2026, in Clear Lake, Texas.

Maria was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be remembered for her loving spirit and the joy she brought to those around her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Damacio R. Ayala and Julia Canales, and her husband, Timoteo Rodriguez.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved children: her son, Gia Martinez; her daughters, Adriana Michelle Vega, Maria Inez Mendez and her husband Francisco, and Dalia Irene Jaramillo and her husband Kristian. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Yazmine, Jaime, Adriana, Adrian, and Isaac.

Maria is further survived by her siblings, Damacio Ayala, David Ayala, Toby Ayala, Oscar Ayala, Delia Montes de Oca, and San Juana Medina, along with numerous extended family members and a host of dear friends.

She will be deeply missed by all who had the blessing of knowing her and sharing in the many beautiful memories she created throughout her life.
