Maria Hermegilda Alfaro Garcia

Maria Hermegilda Alfaro Garcia, age 71, was born on April 13, 1954, in El Salvador, and peacefully entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior on May 26, 2025, in Katy, Texas. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with her devoted husband of 43 years, Austreberto Garcia; her beloved children: son Santiago Garcia; daughters Evelyn Knox, Alicia Garcia and husband Jesus, Stephanie Garcia and husband Ilija, and Betty Hernandez. Maria is also survived by her brother, Jose Santos Alfaro; her sisters Blanca, Carmen, and Elvira; and her adoring grandchildren: Sophia, Nathan, Jessie, Matthew, Aiden, Khilee, Ana, Chloe, Samaria, Ezra, Aria, Niko, and Enzo. Maria’s life was a beautiful testimony of faith, love, and devotion to her family. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
