On Sunday, August 9, 2020, Luis Antonio Reinoza was called home at the age of 58. We lost a beloved son, brother, husband, father, father in law, and grandfather.
Luis was born in San Salvador, El Salvador on October 25, 1961. He moved to the United States as a teen and went on to become a master carpenter who could build a house from the ground up. He loved listening to classic rock extremely too loud, going to concerts - he went to all the best shows, Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, The Eagles, Paul McCarty, and so many more. He was a phenomenal salsa dancer and one of the greatest huggers in the world.
If you asked Luis, his greatest accomplishment was not his long list of talents or the fact that he could fix or build anything with his own two hands, it was being a father to Melissa & Cynthia. They were his pride and joy. Luis married his wife Guadalupe on December 27, 1980. They enjoyed dancing the night away and taking family trips with their daughters all over the United States from visiting the Grand Canyon to riding all the rides at Disney World. If there is one thing he loved to do the most, it was travel with his family. He loved making memories and in his early twenties was often seen with a camcorder glued to his hands which are now some of the best-documented memories that his family shares.
Luis is survived by his mother Maria Isabel Avalos, sisters Rubidia Zepeda, Vilma Turcios, Adi Hawthorne, and Evelyn Dang, wife Guadalupe Reinoza, daughters Melissa Vazquez and Cynthia Garcia, son in laws Joey Vazquez and Adrian Garcia, and grandsons Jose Vazquez and Kilik Garcia.
