Jose Andres Velez, 19, was born on October 4, 1998 in Houston, Texas and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on September 20, 2018 in Beasley, Texas. Jose was a loving son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his parents, Jose & Cynthia Velez; his brothers, Daniel Velez, Alejandro Velez, and Eduardo Velez; his paternal grandparents, Heriberto & Audelia Velez; his maternal grandmother, Lucia Rosales; his girlfriend, Kimberly Rodas; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends. Jose will be dearly missed by all those who were touched by his love.
