Jose Luis Becerra, 73, was born on July 21, 1947 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on September 5, 2020 while surrounded by his loving family in Houston, Texas.  He was preceded in death by his father, Maximo Becerra; also by his mother, Alicia Apolinar Garcia, and his daughter; Noemi Becerra.  Jose Luis leaves behind to cherish and treasure his memories his sons, Joel Becerra and David Luis Becerra; his daughters, Nancy Diaz & husband Jesus, Deborah Becerra Rubio & husband Jeff; his step daughters, Kareny Quezada and Diana Quezada; his brothers, Daniel Becerra and Salvador Becerra; his sisters, Irma M. Guzman, Alicia B. Paulin, and Gloria B. Soto; his grandchildren, Jesus Diaz, Jr., Xavier Diaz, and Gabriel Rubio; he also leaves behind many other relatives and numerous friends.  Jose Luis will be dearly missed by all those who were touched by his beautiful soul.
