Johnny Acosta Cervantes, 71, was born on March 26, 1949 in Houston, Texas and was called up to be with his Lord and Savior on October 11, 2020 in Houston, Texas.  He was a proud Veteran who served in the U.S. Army; a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe & Lupe Cervantes.  Johnny leaves behind to treasure and cherish his memories his loving wife of 48 years of marriage, Hilda Guajardo Cervantes; his daughter, Johanna Molina; his siblings, Robert Cervantes & wife Soledad, Raymond Del Rio, Annie Garcia, and Carmen Cervantes; his grandchildren, Brandon Muniz and Brittney Muniz & husband Luis Reyes; his great grandchildren, Brooklynn Reyes, Raley Reyes, and Lincoln Reyes; he also leaves behind many other relatives and numerous friends.  Johnny will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with him.

Location:  Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel

Interment will follow in Houston National Cemetery with full Military Honors.
