Irma Borrego, 80, was born on September 11, 1939 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on September 5, 2020 in Pasadena, Texas. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Irma was preceded in death by her father, Antonio Mata; by her mother Maria Portilla; also by her husband, Frank Borrego, Jr. She leaves behind to treasure and cherish her memories her loving sons, Rick Noyola & wife Hope and Frank Borrego & wife Norma Chavez; her grandchildren, Adrianna Santamand & husband Richard, Julianna Noyola, Anthony Borrego, and Jade Jacobo; her great grandchildren, Alexia Santamand and Danielle Santamand; her brothers, Antonio Mata & wife Hilda, Oscar Mata & wife Eva, and Sergio Mata; her sister, Rosa Canfora; she also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and numerous friends.
