Gabriel Isidro Tamayo, 76, was born February 16, 1947 in Montemorelos, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, and entered eternal rest on April 19, 2023 in Houston, Texas. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gabriel Tamayo & Isidra Calvo; his brother, Juan Cavazos; and his sister, Irma Tamayo. Gabriel leaves behind to cherish and treasure his memories his loving wife of 55 years of marriage, Maria Tamayo; his daughters, Nancy Mermella & Joe, Gabriella Aleman & Bernardo, Norma Wilkes, Nereyda Tamayo; his grandchildren, Luis Jorge Hernandez, Ashley Hernandez, Fernando Villarreal, Jeannie Hernandez, Brittany Villacorta, Bernardo Gabriel Aleman, Chantel Hernandez, Brandon Aleman, Carlos A.J. Ramos, Jr., Julian Villacorta, Michael Ramos, Alyssa Ramos, Nereyda Ramos, Christian Ramos, Adam Villacorta, Lena Wilkes; his great-grandchildren, Angelino Guajardo, Luis Aiden Hernandez, Ethan Hernandez, A.Jay Hernandez, Jaylynn Hernandez, Anthony Silvas, Aliaha Hernandez, Maritza Castellanos, Jazzy Hernandez, Javier Cantu Jr., Gilbert Dimas, Sebastian Cantu; He is also survived by many other relatives and a host of good friends. Gabriel will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with him.
