Francisca G. Sanchez, 63, was born on April 3, 1959 in Rosenberg, Texas and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on May 29, 2022 at her residence in Houston, Texas.  Francisca was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and a true friend to many.  She was a woman of faith and loved to serve.  Francisca worked at The University of Houston for 23 years and she was a Cub Scout  Leader for 10 years.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Manuel & Luisa Sanchez.  Francisca leaves behind to cherish and treasure her memories her loving husband of 51 years of marriage, Nicolas Torres, Jr.; her son, Nicolas Torres, III; her daughters, Jessica Michele Torres and Erica Rochelle Saenz; her brothers, Gonzalo Sanchez and Criesencio Sanchez; her sisters, Petra Sanchez Amado, Maria Luisa Sanchez-Rubio, and Irene Sanchez Alfaro; her grandchildren, Juan R. Alvarado, Natally R. Alvarado, Bella J. Cariman-Torres, Jayleen J. Flores, Adrian A. Flores, Alayna L. Flores, Aria N. Torres, Avah J. Saenz, Julian A. Saenz, James A. Saenz, and Joseph I. Saenz; she also leaves behind many other relatives and a host of great friends.  Francisca will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with her.
