Ernestine C. Martin

Ernestine C. Martin passed away on Saturday January 8, 2022.  She was born in DeRidder Louisiana, and grew up in Coushatta Louisiana.  She moved to Houston in 1956 with her husband, Vernon.

Ernestine is survived by her son Dennis and sister Nora Jean Williams, several nieces and a nephew.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday afternoon, January 30, 2022 at The

Ballroom @ Bayou Place (500 Texas Ave) from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.  A spacious venue to allow ample social distancing. Please send all condolences to Compean Funeral Home Houston, TX.
