Dee Ann Palacios, 50, was born on July 20, 1970 in Houston, Texas and was called up to be with her Lord and Savior on January 25, 2021 in Katy, Texas.  Dee Ann was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.  She was preceded on death by her father, Timothy Abrego; her stepmother, Terry Vanderwoude; and her uncle, Mariano M. Abrego.  Dee Ann leaves behind to cherish her memories, her mother, Rosario Abrego; her loving husband of 8 years, Carlos E. Palacios; her sons, James Torres, Jr., Marcus Vega, Miguel Vega, Tony Vega, and Jose Vega; her daughters, Jasmine Marie Torres, Chelsea Anise, and Analyse Perry; her brothers, Timothy Abrego, Jr., Jeff Lowen, and Mario Abrego; her sisters, Mary St. Jane Palacios, Casandra Vanderwoude, Maelynn Drenth, Anna Green, Teresa Montgomery, and Barbara Adkins; her 11 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.  Dee Ann will be greatly missed by all who were touched by her loving soul.
