1934 - 2020

Dalia Barrera Guajardo, 86, was born on July 28, 1934 in Corpus Christi, Texas and was called up to be with Lord and Savior on October 14, 2020 in Webster, Texas.  Dalia was a loving wife, sister, aunt, and friend.  Aunt Dee was a loving and caring woman of faith that was very active at Mt. Carmel Catholic Church.  She set an example of Christian living to all her nieces and nephews.  She was a realtor with Carlos Garcia Realty for over 40 years.  She was preceded in death by her parents Nestor & Zobeida M. Barrera; her brothers, Abel Barrera, Felipe Barrera, and Edmundo Barrera; her sister, Catarina B. Garcia; and her brother in laws, Carlos Garcia, Sr. and Ismael "Mike" Montelongo, Sr..  Dalia leaves behind to cherish her memories, her loving husband of 67 years, Fred Guajardo; her sister, Minerva Montelongo; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.  Dalia will be dearly missed by all who were touched by her loving and caring soul.
