Consuelo “Connie” Viscarra, 55, was born on June 16, 1970, in El Paso, Texas, and was called to be with her Lord and Savior on March 1, 2026, in Houston, Texas.

Connie was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose strength and unwavering love defined her life. Strong-willed and compassionate, she loved her children unconditionally and would do anything for her family. Her greatest joy was spending time with those she loved, creating memories filled with laughter and warmth.

She had a vibrant spirit and an outgoing personality that drew people to her. Connie enjoyed running, dancing, and singing, and she brought energy and light wherever she went. Her presence was a source of comfort and happiness to her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Alberto and Maria Amparo Viscarra; her sister, Leticia Martinez; and her brother, Alberto Viscarra, Jr.

Connie is survived by her loving children: her son, Miguel Viscarra and wife Frances; and her daughters, Jennifer Viscarra and Summer Ramon and Anthony. She is also survived by her brothers, Jorge Viscarra and Efrain Viscarra; her sisters, Maria G. Galindo and Sandra Marquez; and her cherished grandchildren, Angel, Eternity, Aris, and Yeliza.

Consuelo “Connie” Viscarra will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the honor of knowing and loving her.
