Chadly Conway Chapman, 49, was born on January 24, 1970 in Odesa, Texas and entered into eternal rest on September 30, 2019 in Houston, Texas.  Chadly was a loving husband, father, grandfather, stepfather, son, and friend.  He is preceded in death by his daughter, Carrie Ann Chapman.  Chadly leaves behind to cherish his memories, his father, Covan Conway Chapman; his mother, Carolyn Lambert;  his loving wife, Samantha, Alcaron Guerra; his son, Mark Anthony Simmons; his stepchildren, Hernan Guerra, Tabata Valdez, Galilea Valdez, and Estavan Valdez; his grandchild, Ava Faith Simmons; and many other relatives and friends.  He will be greatly missed by all who shared wonderful memories with him.
