Celedonio Ortiz, 87, passed away peacefully at his home the evening of February 3, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents, Leonsio Ortiz & Simona Dominguez; Wife, Ernestina Ortiz and son Guadalupe Ortiz. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his sons; Johnny Ortiz, Celedonio Ortiz Jr. and Hector Ortiz; Daughters, Dora Chapa, Amalia "Molly" Gonzales, Olivia Ramirez, Gloria Gonzales and Aurora Cuellar; Brother, Alfonso Ortiz; and numerous Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren and 40 great-great-grandchildren.
A visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, February 6th, 2014 from 4pm-9pm with a Rosary to be recited by Deacon Merce Leal in the Family Chapel. Funeral Services will be officiated by Deacon Rob Stevens and will begin at 10:30am on Friday, February 7th, 2014 in the Family Chapel. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery in Pasadena.
