Brian Anthony Scott, 35, was born on November 5, 1989, in Houston, Texas, and entered into eternal rest on September 24, 2025, in Deer Park, Texas.
Brian was a man of many passions and a vibrant spirit. His love for music knew no bounds—he was “Polyjamorous” if you will, embracing every genre with equal joy. He found happiness in anime, cherished the Yu-Gi-Oh Trading Card Game, and could often be found sharing laughs while playing video games with his son. A devoted fan of Lilo & Stitch and Anne Rice novels, Brian also loved attending the Texas Renaissance Festival, a tradition he upheld faithfully for the past decade.
He had a special bond with his cats, an appreciation for cars, and an ever-present sense of humor that made him both extremely funny and deeply kind. Though hardworking and determined, Brian was also known for his stubborn streak, his love of sleep, and the sweetness that endeared him to all who knew him. Growing up in Houston’s 2nd Ward, he carried those roots proudly throughout his life.
Above all, Brian’s greatest joy was his family. He shared a profound and unwavering love with his devoted wife, Victoria Nicole Scott, and took immense pride in being a father to his beloved children, Damian Anthony Scott and Abrina Luna Scott. He is also lovingly remembered by his father, Alfred Scott, Jr.; his mother, Laura Castelan; his grandmother, Veronica Ramirez; his brothers, Ivan Garcia and Nestor Alexander Castelan; his sister, Megan Pulliam; and many extended family members and dear friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
Brian will be remembered for his kind spirit, his laughter, and the warmth he brought into the lives of others. His presence was truly a gift, and while his absence will be deeply felt, the love he shared will continue to shine brightly in the lives of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Cremation will take place at a later date.
