Basilio fue un esposo, padre, hermano, tio, y amigo muy querido. Le preceden en vida sus padres, Joaquin Perez & Juana Delgado Aviles. Le sobreviven para atesorar sus recuerdos su amada esposa, Nora Perez; sus hijos, Mario, Basilio, y Miguel; sus hermanos, Lazaro, Victorio, Placido, David, Jose; sus hermanas, Eneida, Lucy; Tambien le sobreviven muchos otros familiares y un gran numero de amistades. Basilio sera recordado con mucho amor y cariño por todos quellos con quienes compartio en vida.
