Basilia Plascencia

Basilia Plascencia, 74, was born November 27, 1948 in Valle Hermoso, Tamaulipas, Mexico and entered eternal rest on September 11, 2023 in Houston, Texas. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Basilia loved gardening, her birds, her chickens and her dogs. Playing Loteria was one of her favorite things to do. Basilia enjoyed spending time with her family. Her house was the place to gather in, her house was always open to whomever needed a place to lay their head down. She was always ready to lend out a helping hand. Basilia is preceded in death by her parents, Sebastian Martinez & Santos Castro; her brother, Guadalupe Martinez; her sisters, Filomena Martinez de Manqueros, and Lorenza Martinez de Mendoza. She leaves behind to cherish and treasure her memories her loving husband, Arturo Plascencia; her sons, Juan Arturo Plascencia & Claudia Casas de Plascencia, Mario Alberto Plascencia & Dolores Flores; her daughter, Maria Araceli Rivera & Tony Rivera; her grandchildren, Brissa Rivera, Mario Alberto Plascencia II, Crystal Abigail Plascencia, Diego Andres Rivera; her sister, Guadalupe Martinez de Torres; She is also survived by many other relatives and a host of good friends. Basilia will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with her.
