Antonia Martinez

Antonia Martinez, age 90, entered into eternal rest on September 6, 2025, in Houston, Texas. She was born on June 13, 1935, in Durango, Mexico.

Antonia was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother whose love and kindness touched all who knew her. Family was the heart of her life, and she cherished every moment spent surrounded by those she loved. She will be remembered for her unwavering devotion, her gentle spirit, and the countless memories she created with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Miguel Martinez.

Left to treasure her memory are her sons: Abraham Martinez and wife Rosa Maria, Jose Francisco Martinez, Jesus Alejandro Martinez and wife Brynn, Francisco Martinez, and Lemuel Martinez; her daughters: Rosa Maria Martinez and Elizabeth Valadez and husband Arturo. Antonia also leaves behind 30 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, as well as many extended family members and dear friends.

Antonia’s life was a blessing, her memory a treasure, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
