Angel Esteban Mendoza, 78, was born on July 15, 1936 in Santiago Papasquiaro, Durango, Mexico & was called home to be with his "Lord & Savior" on July 28, 2014 while surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 Yrs., Maria Olivia Mendoza; Sons, Angel S. Mendoza, Victor Hugo Mendoza, Jesus Mendoza & Abel Mendoza; Daughters, Julieta Mendoza, Leonor Mendoza & Sandra Luz Mendoza; 17 Grandchildren & 3 Great-Grandchildren. Visitation will begin Tuesday, July 29, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass is will be held Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Augustine Catholic Church (5560 Laurel Creek Way, Houston, Texas 77017). Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
