Rosalba Almendarez, 74, was born on January 5, 1944 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Refugio Segovia and Concepcion Belmares and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on February 11, 2018 at her residence in Houston, Texas while surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Pedro Almendarez; her daughter, Gloria Suarez. Rosalba leaves behind to cherish her memories her sons, Teodoro Almendarez & wife Crystal and Pedro Almendarez; her daughter, Michelle Almendarez & Augustine; her brothers, Andres Segovia and Refugio Segovia; her sisters, Estella Suarez, Mary Segovia, and Concepcion Segovia; her grandchildren, Hector Hernandez, Jeremy Almendarez, John Moyes, Antonio Almendarez, Nicolas Diaz, and Savanna Almendarez; her great grandchildren, Amia Hernandez and Leah Hernandez. She will be dearly missed by all those who she touched.
