Rogelio Moreno, 54, was born on November 20, 1964 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on April 22, 2019 in Pasadena, Texas.  Rogelio was a loving husband, son, father, brother, uncle, and friend.  He was preceded in death by his father, Rogelio Moreno.  Rogelio leaves behind to cherish and treasure his memories his mother, Cruz Bueno; his loving wife of 23 years of marriage, Maria Rosalba Moreno; his children, Laura Anita Salgado, Roger Oscar Moreno, and Daniel Moreno; his siblings, Maricruz Arredondo, Benito Moreno, Juan Moreno, Jose G. Moreno, Yolanda Moreno, Zirila Olbera, and Christina Olbera; his grandchildren, Andrew R. Salgado, Nayeli S. Salgado, and Emma R. Salgado; he also leaves behind many other relatives and friends.  Rogelio will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with him.
