Josie D. Martinez, 79, was born on November 10, 1939 in Beeville, Texas and went home to be with her Lord & Savior on March 1, 2019 in Pearland, Texas. Josie is preceded in death by her father, Pilar De Leon; her mother, Manuela Rodriguez; her husband, Raul Garcia Martinez; and her daughter, Patricia Ann Montez. She is survived by her son, Raul Martinez, Jr. & wife DeeAnn; her daughters, Rose Leija & boyfriend Delfino and Martha Melo & husband Juan; her brothers, Pilar A. De Leon & wife Chello, Don De Leon & wife Lucy,and Rick De Leon; her sister, Pauline Salinas & husband Sid; and her grandchildren, Corina Lucio, Celine Leija, Cristen Leija, Chevez Leija, Tony Martinez, Noah A. Martinez, Daniel I. Martinez, Roland Saenz, JoJo Gehrke, and Riva Saenz; and numerous great grandchildren.  Josie will be missed greatly by all who shared wonderful memories with her.
