Guadalupe Cortez Rodriguez, 95, was born on September 01, 1925 in Austin, Texas and entered into eternal rest on  April 29, 2021 in Houston, Texas. Lupe was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was preceded in death by her parents, Aniseto Cortez and Maria De Luz Flores; her sons, Joseph Angel Rodriguez and Rene David Rodriguez; her sister, Pauline Cruz; and a few grandchildren. Lupe leaves behind to cherish her memories; her loving husband of 44 years, Portasio Garcia; her sons, Hector Rodriguez, Mario Rodriguez & wife Naomi; her daughters, Sylvia Liguez & husband Jeronimo, Michelle Rodriguez; her brothers, David Cortez, Fernando Cortez; her sister, Christine Villanueva; her 19 grandchildren, her numerous great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. Lupe will be dearly missed by all who were touched by her loving soul.
