Fernando Uriegas, 63, was born on August 13, 1955 in San Antonio, Texas and was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on January 28, 2019 in Sugar Land, Texas.  Fernando leaves behind to cherish his memories his loving mother, Adela Dominguez; his brothers, Raul Uriegas, Lucio Uriegas, Rudy Dominguez, and Abel Dominguez; his sisters, JoAnn Martinez, Virginia Perez, Letty Dominguez, and Maricela Dominguez; also many other relatives and friends.  Fernando will be dearly missed by all those who shared wonderful memories with him.
