Ernestina Mendoza, 78, was born on May 7, 1940 in Harlingen, Texas and went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 10, 2019 in Houston, Texas. She was a loving daughter, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. Ernestina was preceded in death by her father, Pedro Martinez; her mother, Eliza Rodriguez; and her son, Gonzalo Mendoza. She leaves behind to cherish her memories, her sister, Evangelina Cazares; her brothers, Jesus Martinez, and Gilberto Martinez; her grandchildren, Khristina Mendoza & husband Lauro Munoz, Lizzette Saldana & husband Jonathon, Alexis Mendoza; and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Apsyn, Tatiana, Khristian, and Baby Munoz. Ernestina will be deeply missed by all who shared wonderful memories with her.

Visitation: Sunday, April 14, 2019 Time: 4pm to 9pm Vigil Service: 6pm

Cremation will take place on a later date.
