Erika Moreno, 29, was born on May 1, 1983 in Baytown, Texas & was called home to be with to be with her “Lord & Savior” on January 10, 2013. She is preceded in death by her Father, Francisco Javier Moreno; Grandparents, Antonio & Consuelo Gonzalez; Uncle, Antonio Gonzalez Moreno. Survivors include her beloved Dog: Cupid Moreno; Aunt, Linda Gonzalez; Cousins/Siblings, Leslie & John Rios, Amanda Gonzalez & Antonio Gonzalez; Uncles, Aurelio Gonzalez Moreno, Juan Manuel Gonzalez Moreno & Rosalio Gonzalez Moreno; Aunts, Carmen Rodriguez Moreno, Consuelo Gonzalez Moreno, Modesta Gonzalez Moreno & Lourdes Gonzalez Moreno. Erika was a very spontaneous & free spirited person with a captivating personality, which always caused a positive impact on those who had the opportunity to meet her or sometimes even just see her. Fun, playful & adventurous where some of many great assets that identified the kind of person she was. However, there was one that identified her the most “Loving”, she never made distinction amongst anyone, always had a word of encouragement or positive words for everyone & everything, always putting everyone first before herself sometimes. Erika will be greatly missed by her loved ones & all the people that were blessed with the opportunity to meet her. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 15, 2013 from 5-9pm at Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel with a Rosary being recited at 7:00p.m.by Modesta Gonzalez Moreno De Amozurrutia & a Prayer Service to follow with Rev. Michael Diaz presiding. Cremation will take place at a later date in Cremate Texas Crematory, South Houston, Texas.
