Carolina Limon, 66, was born on October 28, 1952 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Modesto Velazquez and Guadalupe Echazarreta and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on December 20, 2018 in Houston, Texas.  Carolina leaves behind to cherish her memories her loving husband of 48 years of marriage, Francisco Limon; her children, Adriana Limon, Francisco Limon, Veronica Villegas, Violeta De La Cerda, Jorge Limon, Angela Limon, Jose Angel Limon, Juan Carlos Limon, Carolina Gonzalez, and Irene Uvalle; her brother, Modesto Velazquez; her sister, Maria Isabel Velazquez; 21 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; she also leaves behind many other relatives and friends.  Carolina will be dearly missed by all those who shared with her in life.
