Benjamin Vizuet

1983 - 2017

Benjamin Vizuet was born on November 11, 1983 in Mexico, to his parents Benjamin Vizuet Ponce & Evelia Rubio Rubio. Benjamin passed away a hero, not only to the City of Houston and surrounding areas but to all of his loving family. Benjamin passed away along side with his brother, Yahir Vizuet while trying to help Hurricane Harvey flood victims get to safety. Benjamin is survived by his parents; his wife, Perla Jaquez; his sons, Benjamin Vizuet, Jr., & Nathan Angel Vizuet; his daughter, Julyssa Vizuet; his brothers, Noel Vizuet, Edgar Vizuet, & Jose Vizuet; and his sister, Evelyn Vizuet. Benjamin will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends who shared with him in life.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary being recited at 7pm at The Compean Funeral Home Main Chapel.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 15, 2017 at 10am at The Resurrection Catholic Church (915 Zoe Street., Houston, Texas 77020.)

Interment will follow in Santa Teresa Morales Cemetery.
